How to Pour Beer
Última actualización / Last updated: 18-10-2026 (2)Condiciones de uso
Terms of use
How to Pour Beer is a game by Chapuza Game for Android and for the browser (the demo on this website). You can write to us at chapuzagame@gmail.com. By playing, you accept these terms; if you don't agree with them, please don't play.
Adults only (18+)
It's a game about pouring beers in a bar and it's for adults only. The beers, brands, bars and people in the game are made up. It's a game: in real life, drink responsibly.
The game
The game is free. The app has ads and optional purchases; the demo on the website has neither. The game changes with updates (content, difficulty, prices), especially while it's in testing (beta), when it may have bugs: if you see one, write to us.
Your game is saved on your phone or in your browser. There are no accounts and we don't keep it on any server: if you clear the app's data or uninstall it, it may be lost (except for Android's backup, if you have it turned on).
What's inside the game
Pesetas, napkins and everything you earn or buy in the game are digital content to use in it: they have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money or anything outside the game, and can't be transferred to anyone else.
Purchases
They're made from the in-game shop and paid with Google Play, which charges you and shows the final price (with taxes) before you buy. Google Play's terms also apply.
- Forever: "No ads", looks (outfits, glasses and the rest) and packs stay with your Google account. If you change phones or reinstall, tap Restore purchases in the in-game shop.
- One-off: items used up when you use them (like the safe or napkins) are delivered right away and aren't restored when you reinstall.
- "No ads" removes the ads between games and gives you the rewards from ads without watching them.
- Before you pay, the game asks you to tick a box: you ask for it to be delivered right away and you understand that, once delivered, you lose your 14-day right to cancel the purchase. You can't buy without ticking it. That doesn't affect what follows: if something goes wrong, we'll fix it or refund you.
Refunds
- Within 48 hours, ask Google Play: in your order history, next to the purchase, "Request a refund".
- After that, or if something you bought didn't arrive or doesn't work, write to us at chapuzagame@gmail.com with the order number (it starts with GPA and is in Google Play's email) and we'll fix it or refund you.
- If Google refunds a purchase, what you bought is removed from the game.
- None of this limits your consumer rights (for example, that what you buy works as described).
Ads
The app shows Google AdMob ads: between games and, if you choose, in exchange for a reward. In Europe, it first asks for your permission to use your data for ads, and you can change it any time in Your card. The privacy policy explains it.
Rules
Play fair and for yourself: don't copy, modify, decompile or sell the game or parts of it, or use it for anything illegal. The challenges you send to your friends are sent by you, with the app you choose.
Rights
The game, its drawings, texts and characters belong to Chapuza Game: all rights reserved. Sounds and fonts belong to third parties, under licences that allow their use here.
Liability
We do our best for the game to work well, but we can't promise it will never fail or always be available. We're not liable for indirect damages from using it, except where the law doesn't allow this to be excluded.
Changes and governing law
If these terms change, this page and the date above will be updated; if the change is important, we'll mention it in the game's news. They are governed by Spanish law; if you're a consumer, you can bring a claim before the courts where you live.
